Malaysia Airlines to resume Jeddah, Madinah flights from March 4-8; Doha services remain suspended

Malaysia Airlines will temporarily resume selected return services to Jeddah and Madinah from March 4–8, 2026, after suspending flights from Feb 28 due to regional airspace closures, the airline said, while services to Doha remain suspended until March 7.

Malaysia Airlines to restart some Middle East routes amid ongoing regional airspace disruption

Flights to other destinations such as London and Paris will operate on alternative routes, and passengers are being assisted with alternative arrangements where necessary. 

The carrier said the safety and wellbeing of passengers and crew remain top priorities, with continued monitoring and coordination with aviation authorities guiding operations.
