Bukit Aman JPJKK director Comm Mohd Yusri Hassan Basri said the devices will improve discipline, professionalism, and transparency in police actions. Public response has been positive, citing clearer dispute resolution and protection for both officers and citizens. The programme began in October 2024, with 7,648 cameras deployed to state contingents and police formations nationwide.
