A Malaysian man was sentenced to 19 months in jail by a Singapore court after pleading guilty to secretly filming his landlady and her daughter showering and changing clothes for seven years.

The 40-year-old admitted to two counts of voyeurism and one count of insulting the young girl’s modesty. His actions were exposed on April 8, 2024, when the landlady caught him filming her.
Investigations revealed he had been filming both the landlady and her daughter since 2018. The landlady remains traumatized, and the family has taken measures to enhance their security.
