Surprisingly, 38% of Malaysians spend over 16 hours a week gaming on their smartphones, surpassing even South Korea, known for its gaming culture. Malaysian females in the 18-24 age group spend an average of RM127 on mobile games, double that of males at RM54, indicating a rise in female gamers.
