Man Posing as Worker Steals RM200 from Setia Alam Fruit Stall

A man disguised as a supermarket worker was caught on CCTV stealing RM200 from a fruit stall in Setia Alam on 12 February. The incident occurred at 8:18 AM, shortly after the premises opened. 

Man Posing as Worker Stole from Fruit Stall

Dressed in black with a cap, mask, and gloves, the suspect pretended to open the stall for business and even threw away trash to appear legitimate before forcing open the cash box. 

Shah Alam police confirmed a report was lodged later that day. The case is being investigated under Section 380 of the Penal Code, which carries up to 10 years’ jail and a fine.
