According to Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari, the MB of Selangor, clarified that no notice has been given yet to the residents, and demolition will not happen soon as the current focus is on assessment for the ECRL project proposal. He says the construction of the ECRL project in Taman Sungai Sireh, Pelabuhan Klang, Selangor, will start in 2025.

The MB of Selangor was responding to a viral video where Mohamad Suffi Kamari, the Chief Information Officer of PAS Gombak Youth, urged him to meet with the residents to discuss the project. Amirudin clarified that no notice has been given yet to the residents, and demolition will not happen since the current focus is on assessment for the project proposal.
He made these remarks during the Notis 5A Handover Ceremony to the residents of Taman Keramat in Kuala Lumpur. Additionally, he criticized Mohamad Suffi for claiming early knowledge of the ECRL route in the area.
