MELAKA: Just weeks after completing his marriage course, 22-year-old Muhammad Izzat Daanish Sharil was killed yesterday when a tree crashed onto his Yamaha Y15ZR along Jalan Tun Razak-Ayer Keroh.

His elder sister Izzaty Hamidah, 27, wept: “He was my only little brother. He worked so hard, full-time at an entertainment centre and p-hailing every spare hour, just to save for his wedding next December. His last gift to me was celebrating my birthday on 29 November. I never thought that would be our final memory together.”
Izzat was laid to rest at Bukit Lintang Islamic Cemetery just after midnight.
