KUALA LUMPUR: After 63 days missing, 15-year-old Nur Qasehku Suhaimi was found safe but thin and confused in Batu 9, Cheras yesterday evening. A couple spotted the mentally-challenged teen walking alone and begging for food, then contacted her adoptive mother Nurhazlin Mohd Nor in Melaka.

Nurhazlin rushed to KL and reunited with Qaseh around 10 pm. Hospital checks showed no physical injuries, though she remains stressed and has little memory of the past two months.
“I never treated her differently from my biological children,” said Nurhazlin, thanking the public and media despite facing multiple scams during the search.
