He expressed confidence in PN’s grassroots efforts, claiming growing support from Chinese and Indian communities. Muhaimin dismissed concerns over combined votes from Barisan Nasional (BN) and Pakatan Harapan (PH), stating elections are not “simple maths.”
He criticized BN for neglecting Ayer Kuning voters and noted strong youth support for PN. The by-election, contested by PN, BN, and Parti Sosialis Malaysia, will take place on April 26 after a 14-day campaign.
