A dispute between two neighbours at Block 334B Yishun Street 31 on July 19 ended tragically, with a 44-year-old man dead and a 53-year-old man hospitalised. Police and SCDF arrived at the scene around 5.20pm to find the older man injured in his flat and the younger man lying motionless at the foot of the block. Preliminary investigations revealed the men argued along the corridor before the 44-year-old allegedly attacked his neighbour with a knife. The younger man was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics. Police do not suspect foul play, and investigations into the incident are ongoing.
