Netizens on X are making bold statements. An X user states that it’s time to bring pirating back. It is a rather dangerous statement to make as piracy in the film industry is a taboo topic due to a number of negative reasons.
Others state the streaming service’s competitors like Hulu and Peacock, both unavailable in Malaysia, are offering better alternatives. Moreover, Amazon Prime has been steady with their prices in the last few years.
