Apparently a form of miscommunication happened between the customer and food rider. The customer informed the rider to deliver her food to the 17th floor and she was in a meeting. Following that, the rider was angry at her for not coming down to the lobby in order to pick up her meal.

The customer claims that the rider screamed at her for not coming down to pick up her food. The rider claims that there is no parking in the area while the customer has informed the guard to give a space for the rider to park her vehicle.
Following that, the customer said that leaving the food with the security guard would not be an issue as well. Regardless, some users state that it would be better to actually be down at the lobby to collect the food.
