It seems that according to some, public transportation has consistently been sidelined by the governments of this country. As a car-centric society, cars are generally preferred over trains and buses. An X user suggests that more public transportation will help tackle congestion.

This conversation began in lieu of initiatives in having artificial intelligence assisting to mitigate the traffic problems in Kuala Lumpur. It is not an unknown secret that Kuala Lumpur has major traffic congestions that could be traced back to the 1970s and even before that. 

Others state that city planners could easily open up social media and have hundreds if not thousands of suggestions given to them in relation to building more mass transit options.
