New: Netizens Now QUESTIONING PAS For Still Allowing PULAU REDANG To Sell ALCOHOL

1 min read

Netizens are taking PAS to task on its drive to stop the sale of alcohol in certain areas under its control. But now, netizens are saying that some of the states under their rule, particularly holiday islands, are still selling alcoholic beverages all over the place.

PAS questioned by netizens

Others are stating that for those who are Muslim, it would be “haram” for them to carry, let alone sell these alcoholic beverages. Following that, netizens are calling the irony of PAS when it comes to selling of alcohol.

Some are stating that the possible reason for the political party to still allow these activities under some jurisdictions under their rule is due to tourism and the non-Muslims in the area. However, this is still rather an uncomfortable topic for netizens to discuss openly.
