The Malaysian Association of Convention and Exhibition Organisers and
Suppliers (MACEOS), Business Events Council of Malaysia (BECM) and the
Malaysia Convention and Exhibition Bureau (MyCEB), an agency under the Tourism
Ministry has all called for a quick reopening of the business events sector.
Small and Medium Enterprises Association of Malaysia (SAMENTA) join this
call for an urgent re-opening of the business events sector.
The associations urge the authorities to give a chance to this sector to get back into the global supply chain and for that, they will need trade exhibitions and business conferences to reconvene.
