Oriental Kopi has reversed its decision to increase service charges during Chinese New Year, following public backlash. Initially, the popular restaurant chain announced plans to raise service charges from 10% to 15% on the first two days of the festive period. However, the chain has since apologized for the inconvenience caused and assured customers that charges will remain unchanged.
