JOHOR BAHRU, June 9 — PAS Johor will not contest solo in the upcoming 16th Johor state election but instead form a new electoral pact. State commissioner Datuk Dr Mahfodz Mohamed said the coalition involves PEJUANG, PUTRA, BERJASA and IMAN, though it is not a formal political alliance.

Mahfodz confirmed informal talks with Barisan Nasional Johor but said the number of seats PAS will contest remains undecided following its split with Bersatu.
