PAS issued an early warning, vowing to file a petition if the PH candidate wins the KKB by-election (PKR) this Saturday. With just four days left in the campaign, PAS Secretary-General Takiyuddin Hassan claimed PN had evidence of corruption by their opponents.
PAS vows legal action against PH
He urged Kuala Kubu Bharu voters to choose PN to avoid another by-election. The contest involves Pang Sock Tao (PH), Khairul Azhari (PN), Hafizah Zainuddin (Parti Rakyat Malaysia), and Nyau Ke Xin (independent). The by-election follows the death of incumbent Lee Kee Hiong. Previously, two petitions annulled PAS-PN victories in Kemaman and Kuala Terengganu due to bribery offenses.
