PAS Youth has acknowledged the importance of non-Malay voters as kingmakers in several constituencies, stressing the need to earn their trust in Malaysia’s multi-ethnic landscape. Chief Afnan Hamimi Taib Azamudden said PAS must convince non-Muslims that Islam-centric governance would safeguard rather than restrict their rights.

Afnan emphasised that PAS seeks trust, not just votes, echoing deputy president Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man’s call for greater outreach in southern states, Sabah, and Sarawak.
