SHAH ALAM – A cunning e-hailing driver, believed to be the mastermind of the “Geng Alstonia” drug syndicate, was arrested in a special operation across Lembah Klang on Tuesday. The suspect, in his 30s, and eight others, aged 24 to 36, were nabbed during raids from 6 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., led by Bukit Aman and Selangor Police Narcotics teams. Selangor Police Chief Datuk Hussein Omar Khan revealed the syndicate hid drugs in juice drinks and vape flavors, targeting entertainment hubs and individuals. Seized items included RM5.1 million in drugs—MDMA, ketamine, ecstasy, and vape cartridges—plus luxury vehicles and assets worth RM341,000.
