Properties in KL May Decline in Value Due to Sinkholes

Apparently, a real-estate consultant reportedly states that the recent sinkhole accident may cause a decline in property value around KL. However, this is a mere speculation. But, some are seeing this as a possible reality. 

Properties in KL may decline in value 

But, some X users state that if the property value in the city does drop, it will most likely still be out of reach for most Malaysians. It is known that the housing market in the city centre is one of the most expensive in the country. 

Others state that prior to this, residential developments are rather expensive and most people can’t afford them anyways.
