The Public Service Commission (PSC) has set a goal to appoint 30,000 civil servants in 2026, up from around 25,000 last year, as part of efforts to replace retirees and strengthen public service delivery, PSC Chairman Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Jailani Muhamed Yunus said.

PSC Aims to Hire 30,000 Civil Servants Nationwide in 2026

PSC emphasised the importance of public-sector continuity and urged eligible candidates to submit applications as part of efforts to ensure effective government operations across departments.
