New: Rafizi and Wong Chen Receive Blackmail Email with Alleged AI-Generated Sex Video

PETALING JAYA – Former economy minister Rafizi Ramli has revealed receiving an email demanding US$100,000 to prevent the release of a sex video allegedly featuring him with a man. Rafizi said the video appeared AI-generated and may have been a ploy to hack his devices. Subang MP Wong Chen confirmed he too was targeted and lodged a police report. Rafizi, who has faced repeated spyware attacks flagged by Apple, warned the public to verify fake videos or emails. The incident comes weeks after his son was stabbed with a syringe in a Putrajaya mall in an earlier intimidation attempt.
