It’s a new week, and RapidKL is getting backlash from netizens again for the lack of train frequency during the rush hour. The netizen stated that she had to wait for at least 3 trains until she could enter one during the morning rush hour.
She further stated that the escalators are still decommissioned in the station she took the train from. The station is KL Sentral, where it is supposedly the main hub of most trains in Klang Valley, and RapidKL has 3 lines that pass through said station.
RapidKL has responded to the netizen saying that they will keep this under observation. However, she replied saying when will this issue even be fixed, as they keep stating that they are reporting these issues to the higher ups.
