The High Court has ordered MyAirline co-founder Datuk Allan Goh Hwan Hua and four linked companies to repay over RM8 million to 15 investors.

Justice Leong Wai Hong ruled the defendants had failed to honour agreed monthly redemption payments and financing returns, finding the plaintiffs successfully proved their claims. The court directed repayment of RM7.61 million and SGD170,000, plus RM100,000 in costs.

The defendants include I-Serve Online Mall Sdn Bhd, Bright Moon Venture PLT, QA Smart Partnership PLT, and Trillion Cove Holdings Bhd. The lawsuit, filed in 2022, alleged breaches of fiduciary duty and misrepresentations by Goh.
