The Court of Appeal today allowed the temporary release of Rosmah Mansor’s passport. A three-member bench chaired by Justice P Ravinthran made the order. They heard submissions from Rosmah’s lawyer, Jagjit Singh while deputy public prosecutor Poh Yih Tinn did not object to the application.
