PETALING JAYA – Bersatu supreme council member Wan Saiful Wan Jan has accused party leaders Azmin Ali and Tun Faisal Ismail Aziz of misconduct, including alleged physical threats and cyberattacks. Facing his own postponed disciplinary hearing over the collection of statutory declarations (SD) from Bersatu division chiefs, Wan Saiful announced he will file a counter-report against the two leaders.

At a press conference attended by Bersatu supporters, Wan Saiful revealed his strained ties with Azmin, which he linked to new developments in the 2019 video scandal. He alleged that forensic findings had deemed the video authentic, raising doubts about Azmin’s suitability for leadership. Wan Saiful stressed that Bersatu cannot accept unresolved moral controversies, adding that he previously backed Azmin’s rise but has since changed his stance.
