Authorities emphasised that extreme weather events, including heatwaves and heavy rainfall, demand comprehensive planning involving multiple agencies. This includes early warning systems, disaster management strategies and public awareness efforts to minimise risks to communities and infrastructure. 

At the same time, the public plays an important role by adopting appropriate practices such as reducing outdoor exposure during extreme heat and staying informed through official updates. Experts stress that long-term resilience depends not only on government action, but also on community readiness and behavioural adaptation.
