KEADILAN Youth Information Head, Wan Muhamad Haikal Wan Ghazali, reminded Bersatu and Muhyiddin Yassin that he once supported the need for a targeted subsidy proposal when he was Chairman of the National Recovery Council (MPN) in 2022.

“Let’s not forget when Muhyiddin when he became the government once expressed his intention to implement this targeted subsidy. There is no need for him to be surprised and as if he is not ready for this step to be taken by the government now,” he said to the Keadilan portal. Earlier, Muhyiddin who is also a Member of Parliament for Pagoh expressed his feelings of ‘sadness’ due to the government’s move to implement the diesel subsidy rationalization policy.
