Certain condominiums in Malaysia can boast a number of facilities like literally having a shopping mall below it. Other than that, having a multiple story car park is pretty common for the most part, especially those that are 40 stories and above. However, netizens are suggesting that these condominiums should have schools below them.

Others are not seeing this as a viable option due to the fact that most homeowners do not move out that frequently. A netizen states that this would be an effective strategy for the first 6 years of the condominium’s operation as the residents and their children will age up eventually. This is somewhat true for certain neighborhoods in Malaysia.
In addition to this, it is actually not a new idea. Back in the 1980s and 1990s, apparently, there were apartment complexes that had a school in their compound. The user who experienced this stated that it was fun going to school and coming back home briefly for lunch. However, those days are over for those residents as there is no longer a school there.
