Malaysian police have reclassified the death of Taiwanese influencer Hsieh Yu-hsin, known online as “Nurse Goddess,” as murder under Section 302 of the Penal Code. Hsieh was found dead at a Kuala Lumpur hotel last month, where she had reportedly been working on a video project with Malaysian rapper Namewee.

Police arrested Namewee at the same location and charged him with drug possession and use after seizing suspected ecstasy pills and confirming multiple positive drug tests. He has pleaded not guilty and is out on bail. Hsieh’s manager has publicly urged Namewee to clarify his role, denying any drug use by the influencer.
