Kuala Lumpur: An ugly fight among influencers is taking a turn for the worst.
Meanwhile, Malaysians are replenishing popcorns or for some crunchy Paru translated as lungs in English!
The hideous public fight is between Ebit Lew and Muhammad Nadir Al-Nuri. The fight is about a trip by popular Ebit Lew to Gaza.
A local rapper, Caprice, went to Egypt to enter Gaza but failed to get permission. Lew apparently did not try, according to some sources, to help some people get into Gaza.
On the other hand, others say Lew did not use their channel to enter Gaza. Lew says he went to Gaza with his own money. He does not owe anyone an explanation.
Now, this has turned into what Lew says are baseless accusations by Muhammad Nadir Al-Nuri.
To counter-attack, Lew questions where is the RM20 million fund collected by Cinta Gaza Malaysia’s team to be distributed to the Palestinians.
Is there any evidence of how the money was spent, Lew asks the CEO of Cinta Gaza Malaysia (Nadir).
Yet, while they are fighting to clear their names in this explosive mess, one thing stands out.
Many Malaysians are on their tiptoes waiting for the next episode in the dirty linen washed in public.
A Twitter user says she finished half a container of ‘crunchy paru’ reading about the Lew-Caprice-Nadir scandal.
