Apparently, a landlord alleged that a former tenant, a TikToker, stayed in the rental house for a few years. However, the TikToker apparently left the house in a state which cost the landlord a tidy sum of money to repair, RM33,000 to be exact.

Apparently there’s more to the RM33,000 mentioned as this number is only involving the unpaid electrical, water bills and back rent. Furthermore, users state there are ways to deal with these sorts of tenants by making them sign an agreement.
Others state the landlord should’ve been more precautious with the people they’re renting their house to. Additionally, some feel that this whole situation is actually avoidable.
