Andrew Munding Kuling, an 18-year-old Malaysian man, died on April 11 after falling down an elevator while carrying boxes at a shop in Bintulu, Sarawak, according to internet news portals.
The grocery employee died on his first day of work, and the incident was captured on closed-circuit television security camera, which revealed that he fell. He broke his neck in the fall from the third floor.
The man was spotted transporting items while standing on the roof of a warehouse elevator, which unexpectedly fell as he was ready to move the last box of goods to a colleague standing outside the lift.
