UMNO Confident in BN’s Comeback for Sabah’s 17th State Election

UMNO has expressed confidence that the party and BN can regain dominance in Sabah’s political landscape ahead of the 17th State Election (PRN). UMNO Sabah’s Information Chief, Suhaimi Nasir, stated that growing public support presents an opportunity for BN to return as a leading party.

He emphasized that BN’s previous fall in Sabah was due to party defections rather than an electoral loss. Meanwhile, UMNO Sabah has agreed to name Bung Moktar Radin as BN’s poster boy for PRN, following party traditions. BN aims to win as many seats as possible to establish governance, regardless of leadership discussions.
