A foreign observer tells Latest Malaysia that Umno is the definite winner in the long political game we saw since PN came to power.
The observer also says Umno has used Anwar as a tool to pull down PN and PM Muhyiddin Yassin, although the Umo has a small number of MPs in Parliament.
“And one thing we can see is that UMNO has strong roots and influences in Malaysian politics as well as in society.
“But first they initiated support for Anwar as PM but let him down when the time was ripe, then they challenged Muhyiddin every time they had the chance. When they quit, it was the final blow for the PM,” says the observer.
