On November 2, 18-year-old Mohamad Nur Asymawi Jasmadi was electrocuted while charging his phone on a bus at Penang Sentral, Butterworth. Transport Minister Anthony Loke ordered all bus operators to stop using three-pin sockets and USB ports immediately.
