Chanel is a popular luxury brand that has been under controversial backlash by prominent luxury content creators. However, the brand is still selling pretty well despite their massive price increases and alleged quality decline. There are several reasons as to why they are still doing well.

Sophie Shohet, a luxury shopper and YouTuber states one of the biggest reasons why she still spends her money at Chanel is due to their aesthetics. She isn’t wrong as the brand is very good at making themselves unique in comparison to the other luxury brands out there like Dior and Gucci.
It appears that even her followers agree that it is hard to find another brand with a similar aesthetic as them. Furthermore, each brand would offer a different look and aesthetic when compared to each other. They might copy a bag trend from one and another, but the baseline is still very different.
