However, some users disagree with this rhetoric as they feel a singular item will not paint the broader picture of the whole situation. For example, cars here are significantly cheaper than they are in Singapore, despite it being more expensive than Thailand.
Others state the purchasing power in our neighboring country is stronger for foreign products. But when they’re compared to local businesses and facilities, our purchasing power can be stronger than theirs.
