In North America, Canada and the United States, there are an abundance of homes built in the previous decades/centuries with distinctive features. A YouTuber went into one of these abandoned beautiful homes and explored it all over to show the lasting build quality.

Some of the original fixtures appear to be replaced in the early 2000s, but the bathrooms still boast their original tiles. The entire house has not had its carpeting or wallpapers changed. The same cannot be said for even the higher end houses of today.
However, many in the comments are sad to see this home being torn down making way for a new development. Some say this style is reminiscent of the time they grew up, in the 1970s as these color schemes were very popular at the time.
