A violent clash at a Toa Payoh coffee shop on August 24 has led to 11 individuals facing charges for armed rioting. Authorities confirmed that weapons, including a meat cleaver, were used during the brawl, which left two men injured — a 21-year-old with arm lacerations and a 30-year-old with a torso wound.
