Bank Negara on its website says since October 2020, 1.7 million borrowers have obtained loan repayment assistance.
The Targeted Repayment Assistance (TRA) programme which has been in place since 1 October 2020.
Up to 26 March 2021, banks have received 1.6 million applications for TRA out of which 95% have been approved.
Under the current EMCO in Selangor and Klang Valley, a 6 months loan moratorium is available to all individuals (B40, M40, and T20), microenterprises, and affected SMEs starting 7 July 2021.

Customised assistance (e.g. reduced instalments) to suit individual’s financial needs and circumstances is also available.
