UAE: Heavy Artificial Rain Tech In Action!

1 min read

A heatwave of almost 50 degrees is controlled with a new technology that causes artificial rain. Heavy artificial rains were triggered in several regions of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in 50 degrees temperature last week.

Rain-inducing technology in the United Arab Emirates is using drones. The drones cause rain by applying electric shocks to clouds without the need for chemicals.

The cloud seeding was done by the National Center of Meteorology to increase rainfall. Gulf News says alerts were issued in the east of the country for the possibility of convective cloud formations.

Convective cloud causes precipitation and winds with speeds of 40 km/h that cause displacement of dust and sand.

The clouds are formed because of high temperatures that cause the warm and humid air to rise from the colder surrounding air in the atmosphere.
