Kuala Lumpur: There is no need to rush for the third dose of vaccination, says a Public Health Medical Consultant.
According to Utusan Malaysia, the consultant says the administration of the third dose or booster of the Covid-19 vaccine should not be done in a hurry.
A third dose or another booster will not promise full immunity to the human body.
The social media networks in Malaysia is buzzing with news that a third dose will be needed soon, particularly for Sinovac vaccine recipients.
Meanwhile, the government is expected to make a decision over proposals on booster shots and mixed-use of different Covid-19 vaccines after consulting the Institute for Clinical Research next week.
