Kuala Lumpur: The former Keadilan whistleblower Rafizi Ramli says building a company is the same as building a family.
He urges followers on Twitter to invest as much as possible so that the ‘child’ in the family succeeds, to be happy and grow up.
In comparison, he says, “Invest to see our staff progress and be proud of their progress as our own children.” Rafizi used the hashtag #ingatan or reminder in the tweet.
His Tweet in Malay says:
“Membina syarikat/perniagaan sama mcm membina keluarga. Laburlah semampu mungkin agar anak berjaya & bergembiralah melihat anak membesar di dpn mata. Laburlah utk melihat staf kita maju & berbanggalah dgn kemajuan mereka spt mereka anak kita sendiri.”
