On Aug. 17, New York City started requiring restaurants to check guests and workers for proof of COVID-19 vaccination, as well as photo ID.
In Malaysia, the authorities have relaxed the rules saying dining in restaurants is allowed but diners must show they are fully vaccinated. However, many are questioning what are the rules for the workers in the restaurants?
“Why should I be the only one to show that I am fully vaccinated when I am spending my money? I would never know if a worker is fully vaccinated, right?” says a comment.
