There is no end to the political uncertainty in Malaysia after the nomination of Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob as the PM of Malaysia say, analysts.
Some foreign analysts on CNBC say Ismail would be a poor choice for his association with the fallen PM Muhyiddin Yassin’s government. He and Muhyiddin were widely criticized for mishandling the country’s worsening Covid-19 outbreak. They say there is no indication Sabri will do better than Muhyiddin.
