A shocking 592 Covid-19 deaths have placed Malaysia as the world’s No. 4 country in daily Covid-19 deaths yesterday.

The Ministry of Health reported 100 Covid-19 deaths yesterday alone but there are 492 backlog cases that were unreported before.

The 592 cases were reported via the new COVIDNOW system launched recently, says Malay Mail.

The number of fatalities, usually issued by the ministry as part of the daily update on the number of cases, was omitted yesterday evening., says FMT.
