A former sergeant who was discharged for refusing COVID-19 vaccination can now proceed with his judicial review against the Armed Forces of Malaysia and four others.
Today, he obtained greenlight from the Kuala Lumpur High Court to proceed with his legal challenge.
On Sept 27, Wan Ramly, who was discharged from the Royal Army Regiment’s 24th battalion in Rasah Camp, Negeri Sembilan, filed the judicial review.
