Netizens are annoyed at Pavillion Bukit Bintang for having a lackluster Hari Raya decoration this year. The theme is more related to Persian items, and a lot of the Malays here are not too happy with that.

A Tiktok user went viral mentioning that what Pavilion has on display this raya is not related to Hari Raya at all. Netizens look to agree with that statement questioning why malls tend to link Arab culture and mix it with Malay culture for Hari Raya.
Some netizens went on to say that Pavillion malls are saying that the Malay community does not have strong purchasing power. Hence less deco, due to the market giving less ROI.
